XXL (3m Wide) Shepherd Hut Bundle With Stable Doors

The components supplied are designed to fit together quickly and easily:

The roof sheets perfectly fit the curvature of our 3m wide hut frame, while the doors and windows are sized to neatly fit within gaps in the frame’s design, which can easily be removed. Our internal cladding is cut to the size of the hut’s internal dimensions.

Our XXL self-build bundle is available in various lengths, all with an external shepherd base width of 3000mm.

Shepherd Hut Frame Kit

Our shepherd hut frame is easy to build and requires minimal woodworking experience. Includes the roof, floor, and four walls.
(Please note, we do not supply a shepherd hut chassis with the frame or with this bundle.)

Our frame kit is designed around a standard shepherd hut size and shape. Within the framework we have incorporated a roof overhang on the ends and sides, to give your new hut a professional finish.

Shepherd Hut Roof Sheets

Curved, corrugated iron roofing sheets in black Plastisol, cut to fit the 3m wide frame.

Your roof sheets will be shipped to you, with a black Plastisol finish on the top side and grey on the underside. All you’ll need to do is install them on to your shepherd hut.

Shepherd Hut Stable Door

Our stable door with frame, ready to install into your shepherd hut. Supplied pre-primed, fully glazed and hung with frame and hinges. The unit comes unfurnished, allowing you to add your own hardware and finishing touches

2x Large Double Window Casement

2× pre-primed double-window casement units, fully glazed and hung, ready for you to finish and install in your shepherd hut build. These units are double-glazed with opening casements and come unfurnished, allowing you to add your own fittings and interior details

Portrait Window

Double-glazed shepherd hut window with an opening casement, supplied fully glazed and hung. The unit comes unfurnished, ready for you to add your own fittings and finishes.

Internal Cladding

Internal cladding to fit the interior walls of the XXL hut frame, made from 9mm MDF ‘V’ cut panels. Available in three sizes to fit with our shepherd hut frame lengths.

Roof Line Fascia

Our roof-line fascia provides the ideal finishing touch for the external cladding of your shepherd hut.

External OSB Board

External OSB kit, pre-cut to fit the size of the external walls of your shepherd hut, ready to be fixed straight onto your build.

Membrane

There should be a permeable, waterproof barrier between the OSB layer and the external cladding. This layer guarantees the wind resistance, waterproofing, and breathability of your hut. Once your OSB boards are in place, our membrane is prepared for usage.
