XXL Shepherd Hut Self-Build Bundle

Our self-build shepherd hut kits are designed for quick and simple assembly. Each component is pre-sized to ensure a precise fit:

• The curved roof sheets match the hut frame perfectly.

• Doors and windows slot neatly into the pre-designed openings and can be easily installed or removed.

• The internal cladding is pre-cut to the hut’s internal dimensions.

All bundles are available in a range of lengths, with a standard external shepherd hut base width of 3000mm.

XXL Shepherd Hut Frame Kit

The shepherd hut frame is easy to assemble and requires minimal woodworking skills. It includes the roof structure, floor, and four walls.

Note: The shepherd hut chassis is not included with the frame or bundle.

To enhance the look of your hut, the frame also incorporates roof overhangs at both ends for a professional finish.

XXL Shepherd Hut Roof Sheets

• Size: 1090mm wide curved corrugated iron sheets

• Finish: Black or Green Plastisol top coat with grey underside

Delivered ready to install, these durable sheets complete the signature curved shepherd hut roof.

Shepherd Hut French Doors

Shepherd hut French doors with double-glazed window units. Supplied pre-primed and complete with their door frame, these doors are fully prepared for you to finish and install in your shepherd hut. The unit comes unfurnished, allowing you to add your own fittings and hardware.

Large Double Window Casement

Pre-primed double-window casement unit, fully glazed and hung, ready for you to finish and install in your shepherd hut build. These units are double-glazed with opening casements and come unfurnished, allowing you to add your own fittings and interior details.

Portrait Window

Double-glazed shepherd hut window with an opening casement, supplied fully glazed and hung. The unit comes unfurnished, ready for you to add your own fittings and finishes.

XXL Internal Cladding

9mm MDF ‘V’ cut panels pre-sized to fit the interior walls of the shepherd hut. Available in three size options to match the different hut lengths.

XXL Roof-Line Fascia

Provides the perfect finishing touch for the external cladding and enhances the roofline profile of your shepherd hut.

XXL OSB Board Kit

External OSB kit, pre-cut to fit the size of the external walls of your shepherd hut, ready to be fixed straight onto your build.

XXL Membrane

A high-performance permeable, waterproof barrier to be installed between the OSB boards and external cladding. This layer ensures wind resistance, waterproofing, and breathability for long-lasting durability.
