4.8m Shepherds Hut Shell (Pre-built)

Our 4.8m Shepherds Hut, pre-built and fitted to Harrogate Huts' high-quality steel chassis. The majority of the build is already completed by our team, all you'll need to do is insulate & clad the interior walls (after you've set out your electrics / utilities)... then simply customise the interiors to your own design! Wall insulation and internal wall cladding are supplied.

Our pre-built Shepherd Hut Shell consists of:

• 1x 4.8m Shepherds Hut Kit (Pre-Built)
• OSB exterior wall and external + interior floor boarding (Fixed to the Hut frame)
• Tyvek weatherproof membrane (installed on to the hut's exterior walls and cieling behind external cladding)
• Floor and cieling insulation are pre-installed. Wall insulation is supplied ready to install.
• European Green Oak Rebated Featheredge external wall cladding (Fixed to the hut's exterior walls)
• 1x Steel Shepherd Hut Chassis with Turn-plate, draw bar and 4x cast-iron wheels (Pre-Build with hut fixed)
• Corrugated Iron Roof Sheets (Fixed to the roof of the frame)
• 1x French Door with frame and double glazed units (Pre-primed and installed within the hut)
• 1x Large Double Window with frame and double glazed units (Pre-primed and installed within the hut)
• 1x Portrait Window with frame and double glazed units (Pre-primed and installed within the hut)
• 1x Portrait Window with frame and double glazed units (Pre-primed and installed within the hut)
• Internal wall cladding - Moisture resistant MDF, with toungue and groove 'v' cut effect. Supplied ready to install into your hut after insulation.
• Roof-line fascia, fitted to sides and ends of hut's roof-edges.

Harrogate Huts' 4.8m Shepherds hut frame, built by our team and fitted with 18mm OSB board, a weatherproof membrane (tyvek), and European Green Oak featheredge cladding. A French Door and 3x window units are pre-installed into the hut walls. Roof Sheets are already fixed to the hut frame. Insulated and internally boarded floor and cieling, with insulation and interior cladding for walls supplied unfitted. The hut's internal floor (OSB board) comes pre-installed and the hut itself is supplied pre-fitted to our own 4.8m steel chassis with cast-iron wheels.
